Do you believe that your happiness is your highest moral good? Before dismissing this, consider:
- To be truly happy you are probably following your spiritual path, or life's purpose, or spiritual path .
- It is often those who feel they have to save the world, or other people, who cause most of the trouble. You cannot be responsible for another person, although in another sense we are all connected!
One of the beauties of happiness is that it requires congruence on all levels, Health, Wealth and Happiness, or if you prefer Body, Mind and Spirit.

This is a common sense guide to better living. Happiness is claimed to lie in engaging in worthwhile activities. But there is only one person who for certain can tell what will make you happy— yourself.
