By Car
From junction 40 on the M6 take the A66 towards Keswick. Follow signs to Greystoke.
In the centre of Greystoke at the village green with the main road curving sharply, take the road towards Berrier (name of next village). Unfortunately this road is not well signposted. Turning into Berrier Road, you should have the pub/shop on your left and the castle entrance on your right.
If you notice within a few yards on your left, a street sign ‘Smithy Court‘, you are on Berrier Road. Continue on Berrier Road and you will find Lattendales on your left after a few hundred yards.
By Public Transport
The nearest train station is Penrith. From here, bus numbers 105 or X5 travel directly to the centre of Greystoke. Lattendales is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop at the village green.
