Please have the following information ready when booking:
- Names, addresses and phone numbers of all guests
- Dietary requirements or special needs.
We can accept credit and debit cards, cheques and cash. Cheques should be made out to Lattendales.

Individual Guests
Price per person until 31 March 2006
- £44 full-board (arrival afternoon, departure before noon)
- £25 bed & breakfast
Price per person from 1 April 2006
- Price for an individual per night for full board is £50 for standard room & £55 for en-suite room.
- The en-suite rooms are only available for stays of 2 nights or more.
- B&B is £25 per person per night.
Deposits
A deposit of £50 per person, or 50% of full amount, whichever sum is the smaller, will be required to confirm booking. Full payment should be received 14 days before arrival. We are unable to make refunds, but might consider an application for bursary funding under special circumstances.

Residential Groups
Price for 2 days until 31 March 2006
- 10-15 participants: £80
- over 15 participants: £78
Price for 2 days from 1 April 2006
- Definition of group is 12 or more people with one organiser staying for half price.
- A 2-night stay for one group member is £97.50.
Deposits:
A deposit of £250 per group will be required to confirm booking. Full payment should be received 1 month before arrival. 50% of the deposit will be returned if the booking is cancelled 2 months beforehand. We are not able to make other refunds because we rely on our earned income to sustain the work of the charity.

Day Groups:
Hire of the Quiet room for non-residential day groups is £40 per day (£35 until 31st March) and £20 per half day, plus meals and refreshments as required.
Deposits should be £40 + 50% of cost of refreshments at time of booking; full payment 1 month beforehand.
General Information
Prices include full board, accommodation & course fee. Registration & afternoon tea at 4 PM on first day; departure in the afternoon on last day. Most courses start at 5 PM.
Non-refundable booking deposit required of £50 per person for courses with prices. Please contact course leaders directly for courses without prices.
Cheques are payable to Lattendales. We also accept payment by debit/credit card.
Please include with your booking, full contact details (including email), dietary requirements & special needs, and next-of-kin emergency phone number.
Policy for Children
As a charity we run a centre for adults needing rest and renewal. The presence of children can be disturbing for them. The house is also not very suitable for children, nor does it fit with the work of our charity to provide attractive rates for children. Please enquire for more details.
Bursary Fund
A small bursary fund is available to provide financial assistance for those in need. Please ask for more details.
